I just wanted everyone to know that we will be on vacation for awhile. We will not have our laptop with us, as internet will be few and far between, so less to lug around. I am sure I will have plenty of blogging to do when I get home, as 2 weeks away with my monsters will provide plenty a topic! We will be in bear lake, UT for the first week to vacation with our family and see our friends, Mary and Tyson Smith who will be visiting their family their as well. Laurel Richardson I hear rumors that you might be joining the Reed Clayton family for part of their stay as well. I hope that is true because I would love nothing more that to meet the cute girl of yours!
Talk to you all soon!
Mary I can't wait to see you!!!!!

We will be out of town for almost 2 weeks
Friday one of my 'bestest' friends and her two little boys came over to play. This is is her youngest little guy Christian. He is the cutest little guy, I think that Dylan thought he was fun to snuggle, and soon they will be running around together, just like their older brothers!! We love our friends! Thanks A,L,C for coming to visit!
We just ordered 5 new signing time movies for the boys, they are like gold in this house. I personally was very ready for them as well! I got Dylan one of the baby signing times, that are geared towards the younger crowd, this is him watching it come on for the first time. He looks like such a big guy with those long legs!

Cute quotes from a 3 year old
So Clayton and I love to watch "Jon and Kate plus 8". It is one of the few non-educational parent and child friendly viewing options.. so we do indulge in the hilarities of a family of 10! The other day we were viewing while eating a snack, and I was in the kitchen loading the dishwasher. I decided to ask Clayton what he thought of what we were watching.. I find his opinions and views very intriguing!
Me: "Clay do you think we should have that many kids?"
Clay: looks at me with sheer disgust, "no"
Me: "how many, should we have?"
Clay: "just 2"
Me: "just 2?" I hold up 2 fingers. "Clayton and Dylan"
Clay: "no 2"
Me: surprised by this because he knows that him and Dylan equal 2. "2? do you mean 2 more?" I count out on my fingers. "Clayton, Dylan, and one more, and another one more?"
Clay: "yeah, that many"
Me: Sigh, and smile!
Most of the time he loves being a big brother.
Tonight I got to go to work at Gymboree! I closed which i never do. So I came down stairs this evening with a new dress on to make sure Aric thought it looked alright. I came around the corner and Clayton was watching some NASA footage on the laptop (yes we are raising a science nerd!) and looks at me and says, "wow! moma nice shirt." Before Aric could even say anything, my dear sweet 3 year old son, noticed that I was wearing a new "shirt" as he called it, and made my night. I had to give him the biggest snuggle smooch for that.
Thank you for letting me share a few on my favorite recent quips from Clayton!

So behind
I feel like I am so behind on blogging. We have been doing so much lately, and I have been snapping some cute pictures of my boys, just being boys! So I am leaving you with a snippet of what has gone on the past few weeks!
*** I taught Clayton how to clip coupons, we have to compensate for the price of gas some-how so I am having him help me!
*** Dylan loves the play house in the playroom. He crawls straight down our hallway and right into the playhouse, he also likes to talk on the phone in there too you see his hand up to his ear, that is him imitating! (and yes he is still not walking!)
*** Dylan just making a 'Dylan' face.
***A couple cute pictures of Clay and Colby playing in the sand box the entire evening of Carter's party!
